TCVN 11041-7:2018 was developed by the National Technical Subcommittee TCVN/TC/F3/SC1 on Organic Agricultural Products, appraised by the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, and officially promulgated by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Currently, foods containing growth stimulants or produced through uncontrolled manufacturing processes are widely available on the market. Organic food has therefore become a reliable choice for consumers due to its safety for health and superior nutritional benefits.

Organic certification is a conformity certification that verifies the safety and purity of food or cosmetic products, confirming that such products are organic, safe, and clean for users.
Organic certification has specific requirements depending on the percentage of organic ingredients in the product composition and other related factors.
Organic fresh milk is obtained from one or more milkings from the mammary glands of dairy livestock raised according to organic farming methods. It is not supplemented with or deprived of any milk components and has not been treated at temperatures higher than 40 °C or by other equivalent processing methods.
Organic milk contains a high level of nutrients, providing a rich source of nutrition for the human body.
This standard specifies requirements for organic dairy livestock farming, as well as the preservation, processing, and collection of organic milk.
This standard is applied in conjunction with:
TCVN 11041-1:2017 – General requirements for production, processing and labeling of organic agricultural products
TCVN 11041-3:2017 – Organic livestock production
The collection, preservation, and processing of organic milk shall comply with the general principles specified in Clause 4 of TCVN 11041-1:2017 and the following specific principles:
Application of livestock farming practices that enhance natural defenses and immune systems against diseases
Maintenance of animal health through the encouragement of natural immunity, appropriate breed selection, and suitable husbandry methods
Promotion of organic livestock production from birth and throughout the entire life cycle
Recycling of animal and plant wastes and by-products as inputs for livestock production
Production areas must ensure ecological balance
Livestock farming areas must adopt appropriate husbandry practices
Use of organic feed containing ingredients derived from organic cultivation; if non-agricultural ingredients are used, they must be of natural origin
Parents today increasingly prioritize organic milk to help their children grow healthier and develop better. Organic milk offers high nutritional value such as:
No genetically modified organisms (GMOs)
No growth hormones
No synthetic fertilizers or pesticides
No food additives or antibiotics
Higher vitamin content than conventional milk, especially vitamins A, C, and E
Higher mineral content than conventional milk, including calcium, magnesium, iron, and chromium
Higher levels of antioxidants
Rich in Omega-3, an important component for body development
Organic dairy products are produced through closed-loop processes without exposure to harmful chemicals, ensuring safety for consumers.
Increased profitability by offering safe and high-quality products
Enhanced competitive advantage in the market
Improved consumer trust
Strengthened corporate image among customers and stakeholders
