Against the backdrop of a global shift toward a green growth and sustainable development model, Vietnam made a strong commitment at COP26 to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. Offshore wind power, with its abundant potential and superior geographical advantages, is opening up a strategic path for us to both ensure energy security and fulfill international commitments, while simultaneously promoting the national energy transition.
