ISSQ Institute for Quality provides a comprehensive Auditor Training Program, including auditor approval and on-site audit practice, with the objective of developing professional management system auditors.

Training fields: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO/IEC 17065.

The training program consists of the following stages:

1. Auditor Training

The program is designed to equip participants with fundamental knowledge, auditing skills, and practical competencies required to perform management system audits in accordance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

Participants will:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of the relevant management system standards.
• Understand the complete audit process from planning through reporting.
• Acquire auditing techniques and practical experience in handling audit situations.
• Learn how to prepare and complete a full audit documentation package.
• Be approved as trainee auditors, undertake supervised auditing activities, obtain auditor approval, and independently perform 20 auditor-days of auditing.
• Receive an Auditor Training Certificate together with confirmation of 20 auditor-days of practical auditing experience, satisfying the legal requirements for establishing a new certification body or qualifying to participate in official certification audits conducted by other conformity assessment or certification organizations.

2. Auditor Approval

Upon successful completion of the training program and practical auditing activities, participants will undergo a comprehensive evaluation of their professional competence, auditing skills, and competency records for auditor approval in accordance with applicable regulations.

Participants will:

• Have their professional knowledge and auditing skills assessed.
• Complete the auditor competency records required by applicable legal regulations.
• Be reviewed and approved as qualified auditors following the completion of the training and practical assessment process.

3. On-site Audit Practice and Practical Experience Confirmation

In addition to theoretical training, participants will directly participate in actual audits at enterprises under the guidance of ISSQ Institute for Quality's experienced auditors. This practical experience enables participants to accumulate hands-on auditing experience and continuously enhance their professional competence.

Participants will:

• Take part directly in on-site audits conducted at enterprises.
• Perform practical auditing activities under the supervision and guidance of ISSQ Institute for Quality's auditors.
• Participate in audit activities, collect objective audit evidence, and prepare audit reports.
• Independently complete 20 auditor-days of auditing and receive official confirmation of their practical auditing experience upon successful completion of the program.
