ISSQ Quality Institute certifies ISO 22000 for the Ice Cream Production and Trading Sector

ISO 22000:2018 certification helps businesses in the food chain demonstrate their ability to control food safety hazards in their production and business activities. In particular, the ISO 22000:2018 certificate can replace the Certificate of Eligibility for Food Safety Conditions.

ISO 22000 is a food safety management system standard issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and recognized worldwide. This standard is applicable to all organizations within the food chain. The current version of this standard is ISO 22000:2018.

ISO 22000 certification is the activity of assessment and issuance of a certificate by an independent organization regarding the application of ISO 22000 by enterprises in the food chain.

Hung Linh Ice Cream Joint Stock Company has implemented ISO 22000:2018 with a modern production line, a professionally trained workforce, tightly controlled production processes, and ice cream products that always meet food hygiene and safety requirements for customers. After a period of implementation, Hung Linh Ice Cream Joint Stock Company invited the Quality Institute to conduct an assessment of its application.

ISSQ Quality Institute conducted the assessment and granted ISO 22000:2018 certification with the scope of Ice Cream Production to Hung Linh Ice Cream Company.
