Kid toy

Conformity certification for children’s toys is a mandatory procedure in accordance with the National Technical Regulation QCVN 3:2019/BKHCN. It applies to brand-new (100%) toys manufactured domestically or imported to ensure safety in terms of mechanical and physical properties, flammability, and chemical content (such as phthalates, aromatic amines, and heavy metals). Products must be tested, assessed for conformity, and affixed with the CR mark before being placed on the market.

Benefits of Certification of Children's Toys in Conformity with TCVN 6238

Children’s toys are currently a highly competitive market segment. Accordingly, the demand for demonstrating the quality and capability of enterprises manufacturing and distributing these products is extremely high.

Certification of TCVN 6238-1:2017 – Mechanical and Physical Safety Requirements for Toys

Safe toys for children are toys that meet minimum safety requirements including chemical safety, mechanical and physical safety, electrical and electronic safety, fire and explosion safety, and sound safety.
