ISSQ Quality Institute conducted HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certification assessment for Tien Bo Industrial Cooperative with the certified scope of “Production and Supply of Food-Grade Plastic Straws”.
The Food Safety Management System based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is applicable to organizations and enterprises engaged in production, services, and business activities within the food sector.
Organizations and enterprises involved in the production, service provision, and trading of food-related products are required to implement HACCP certification.
A HACCP certificate is valid for three (03) years from the date of issuance. Upon expiration, the organization must register for a recertification audit in order to obtain a new certificate valid for the subsequent three-year period.
Organizations are required to undergo annual surveillance audits (once every 12 months) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
If an organization fails to undergo the required surveillance audit when due, the HACCP Certificate may be suspended and withdrawn in accordance with applicable regulations.
